We performed our minimal incision bunionectomy on both feet at the same time.
The patient was allowed to walk right after.

3 weeks s/p hammertoe correction minimal swelling is noted with minimal incision technique. Tape splinting is applied to hold the position of the digits. The patient will start walking in regular shoes after this visit.

The patient presented with severely contracted hammer toes patient underwent minimal incision hammer toe correction patient is two weeks out very minimal swelling present.
No scar tissue noted and no permanent hardware required.
This has a much faster recovery than traditional techniques.

Here we have a patient with hypermobility of the 1st ray causing transfer metatarsalgia.
The patient was allowed to be immediately weight-bearing and was in regular shoes by 6 weeks.
